This is reassuring in this day and age. After measuring up he assured me that a quotation would be put in the post in the next few days and as promised it was. I decided to instruct your company to go ahead with the quote and this is the outcome. The quality of the windows is first class and your window fitters were trustworthy, on time every day and were respectful of my property inside and out. They cleaned up every evening before leaving. I found the efficiency and skill of your staff to be exemplary. The impact of the work on my house is unbelievable, and it looks a totally different property. I feel I have had value for money and a quality of service second to none and will be recommending your company to everyone.

We have used two other companies in the past and can only say that I wish we had been aware of Epic years ago. The service we recieved was second to none, nothiong was too much trouble they used a computer aided design to show us what the conservatory would look like in both finishes, this really helped us to decide between white or wood grain. We had other quotes from reputable companies but found Epic were value for money. Trust is something that has to be earned and they certainly have earned my trust in value, quality and service. As for the workforce I can only say that the time, effort and skill that they showed was a pleasure to watch, I would not hesitate to recommend them. The conservatory has made the rear of our cottage look impressive as thuough it has alwys been there. It is unusual to be able to say things like this that it may sound false but I only speak as I find.

Their professionalism and dedication to detail applies to the quality of the finished product. All the tradesmen that came on site worked extreemly hard not wasting a minute - not even stopping for a lunch break, in condiotions of extreem sub zero tempertatures at this alititude is not easy i can assure you. At all time they kept up a good customer relationship which is so important in my view.

I just wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new windows and door. They are excellent quality and were very professionally fitted and finished. From start to finish I have been very pleased with the experience I've had. All the lads involved were very polite and hard working. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and at how well they cleared up when they had finished. They left everywhere spotless, they even polished the glass and vaccumed the decking! On top of all that the price we paid was very fair.
